Okay so, this character, although he has a million names is commonly known as Knives, or Knives-Sama. This was my first ever RP character in the history or my RP-ing (circa high school freshman year :P). It was for a game called Furcadia, and I named him after, you guessed it Knives from Trigun, a fact I spent most of the time denying. What can I say, it's an awesome name ;P I later tried to give him other names as his character changed and evolved, but, none of them really stuck. So now he has three names, and a story for why he has each of them. He's a fallen angel, and his given name was Zuriel, which he kept when he went to hell. After hell he spent a period of time on earth where he was known as Sebastien. While on Earth he usually took the form of the figure in glasses seen above, but under times of intense emotional distress, or danger he would become the monster. A being who only knows to hunt and kill and eat. It was the monster who insisted on being called Knives, and unfortunately all of the celestial world knew of the monster lying within, and or course, the mortals he was praying on couldn't help notice either. Due to his feelings on how he acquired this alternate self, though he does not know for sure, he has relented to mostly being known as Knives and introduces himself as such. However, those who knew him before his personality split so dramatically still refer to him as his other names.
