RULES OF THE TRADE

So I've been wanting to update my prices for a while now along with changing what I offer in general. I noticed no-one cared for the filled commissions, so I decided to swop it out with Cell Shading. I also felt it was important to make panels and other additions more clear.

I'm planning on opening for commissions again sometime in February. When depends on my semester's workload.
