Here he is in the forest at night, undergoing some serious training, honing both his physical and mental skills. The powers he is practicing here are both the Video powers and the Neon powers from the video game, "Infamous: Second Son".
For this drawing, I adjusted my brush's Stroke Stabilizer to S-7 on PaintTool SAI. This allowed things to slow down more and grant me even greater control. This drawing was a lot of fun to draw!~ =D
