Your level of detail is impressive, but some harder shading would help bring out the objects a little more. Other than that, stellar.

Right.

You know, I kind of dig that effect. The main point of the piece is the dragon, and if you were photographing the dragon you would probably blur out the background to a degree. Having the background a bit blurred is more...what you would see in photography and is an interesting effect.

Now, it will take a bit of refining if she wanted to go that route, but I think it could be a unique style of art.
