Freya's head was made from plastic embroidery canvas/mesh, sewn together with thread. The head base was then covered with batting and furred with fleece. She has a moving jaw, achieved with brads and rubber bands.

I wanted to share the creative process for those who might find it useful for other projects. Plastic mesh is NOT a good method for fursuit-making.
