It is. Well, sort of. At an event called RambleGRUE I heard of people doing a run where subs ran from doms who tried to catch them and tie them up. :3 sounded like a lot of fun. I think they even did one but it was at a bad time for me and I'd be more than Easy Prey, I'd be Too Weak to be Worthwhile.
