Right, so  lizardbeth did up these two layout sheets, one that just shows the outside, and the other which shows a cutaway to get an idea of where the padding should be placed.

It's not mega detailed or anything, but I think it does a good job and it uses some ideas that Beth came up on her own while also drawing from some of the stuff I liked from Zinou's layouts. The main differnece being that Zinou's layout sheets would really need a stilt setup to work properly, and I'm wanting legs built up around a shoe for the added support as I plan to use this a fair bit outdoors.
