This was originally done as part of another art jam by 14-Bis.

I'm very pleased with this one myself. I tried a few new tricks and it turned out better than I hoped.

Just out of curiosity, I kept track of the time spent on each facet of the project:

Sketching: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Inking: 1 hour
Scanning and cleaning: 30 minutes
Background and border: 1 hour, 15 minutes
Base color: 45 minutes
Shading and special effects: 5 hours
Miscellaneous touchup: 1 hour.

11 hours work, total.
