Waves can either be calm or rough at this very moment I feel like both XD It's been a harsh few weeks and iv just tried to look on the bight side of things but some times you can get that one big wave that just devour's you thoughts and you feel like you mind is over filling with what if's? in'till it all clears again and the calm sets before it replays its self over and over again.
Well then just a bit of vent work for the past few weeks god its been really rough but on the over hand the way I look at it is to try keep your head in the sand and try not to worry about whats going on around you ^^

I really love the way you expressed this and used waves as an example for it.
Life is like one big wave, isn't it? The thing to remember is that the good and bad come hand-in-hand. We cannot have good without bad and we cannot have bad without good. It is which we choose to concentrate and act upon that determines the result. The thing to remember is that even during the most dark times, the light will always be shining on us. Sometimes we just have to keep our head up so we can see it.
That being said, you are handling this very well, in my opinion. I wish you and your family peace, serenity, and laughter, Sian. :)
