Kaiden, the gray shepherd has an old friend, Ellexis. As long as he's known her, Ellexis has always be a miscreant: Skipping school, smoking weed, graffiti-ing every single overpass in her city and beating up boys she doesn't like. But She has always been a genuine person, wearing her feelings on her sleeve and telling people what she really thinks. She's a no holds barred kinda girl. But more than anything, Ellexis has always been reliable. So when she hit hards times, Kaiden offered her an opportunity to make a little extra cash by babysitting his little brother Noah for him.

Noah is a white shepherd puppy. Since he was born, he has been cared for and doted on by his Ellexis, who he has affectionately taken to calling "Mama" due to her spending significantly more time with him than his actual parents. Ellexis has always adored Noah for his free spirited and affectionate nature apparent since he was just a toddler.

When Noah reached about 7 years old, his older brother, Kaiden, pleaded with Ellexis to take the pup into her own home and become his guardian in order to protect him from the bullying and mistreatment by his peers and parents, who have found him to be far too effeminate for his gender. Ellexis was reluctant at first but she agreed solely because she loved the little white pup so much. Living at his new home with Ellexis, Noah was allowed and encouraged to express himself. Now he can dress in his favorite pastel colors, wear boys and girls clothes, listen to any kind of music he likes and watch his favorite cartoons without any ridicule or reprimand.

After a long week of work for Ellexis and school for Noah, the two formed a Friday ritual of scary movies and pizza. On Friday nights, Noah gets to eat all the junk he wants, watch all the scary movies he wants, stay up as late as he wants and Ellexis will even paint his nails for him.

With Ellexis's ever present love and guidance, Noah can continue to grow and blossom into the colorful, creative and expressive young man that he was meant to be.
