For those who grew up speaking 2 languages, is very common to change between languages, it happens to me often since half of the people speak Spanish and half of the people speak English. Imagine your friends only speak one language but your family speaks another one.
When talking with our family, usually we do it on the Language we did all our life, this apply in most cases like in mine.
