Part of my whole "If I were a dictator" thing I've had going, first character concept for creating a Vangilla personal security force. A more revised edit of the Vanguilla guard sketch I did before. I felt really conflicted on its design since this character seems completely stuck between professionalism and suggestive themes to my preferences, both of which are pretty much mutually exclusive to each other. So because of this, I didn't bother finishing this, plus it was really getting in the way of other project ideas, so I decided to upload it as is. However, I do really like this individual character's design and may use it later.
