Took a little break from Bloody War pages to give two new chars their refs :D

I think I don't need to say too much about them since all the info is on the ref anyway.
Maybe about the last names here. Logan changed his last name a lot in his life.
From his first to O'Melly, then Jones, then Hara... so just to not get confused that they don't have the same last name ^^
Also the uniform he is wearing here is from Kalay (the city Nao and the rest of the team have to go to too) so... it's not a 'real' uniform. It's mostly inspired by the German police uniform which is inspired by the American uniforms XDD

Also the '?' on sexuality just means I don't know yet XD Character is still in developement so... yeah nothing is fixed here.
