Frozen North
I was going through my gallery and realized I haven't drawn Ambergris for a good long while. Damn near three years. I haven't really touched much of her this expansion. Warlords of Draenor didn't quite capture me as much as Cataclysm or Mists, so Ambergris has been a little neglected. I suppose after being robbed of justice with Garrosh Hellscream, she's pretty well pissed.
She's taken to Dalaran to bury herself in studies. She's learned a lot about herself. She's also learned some fun new tricks. Though hopefully she doesn't get too stuck in that ice.

Next I might have to sit down and play with her Arcane spec. It seems fitting since I've already done Frost and Fire :3

This turned out so well, Starvin! The colors here are probably my favorite part, but seriously, the pose was very well developed and I love the balance between the movement in her arm and the drapery of her cloak. Loving the background, too; the spires of Dalaran masked with that blizzard works so well! :D
I really love how the colors turned out. I wanted to give her a super cold color palette since she's channeling all that frost power. Though with that outfit on, she's gotta be chilled to the bone XD I was going to add more effects to her, but I'm sort of glad I didn't. I think it would have taken away from the piece as a whole.
