I don't think any artist has ever been able to perfectly depict what occurs in their imagination with 100% accuracy, so in one sense I disagree with this sentiment.
But on another level, that constant difficulty of expression is what motivates continual growth, what really drives the artistic process, so I agree with it in another sense.
