This has been sitting in my hard drive forever already lined and colored. Found it again recently while going through my older files and decided to finally put shading on it.
Inspired by conversation with  ladyvenommyotismon about her digimon character's rookie form and her like of Sepi's demon form design. Can't remember much else about why it was drawn since it was so long ago, but you can blame Vempyremon's pushing for me to finish older projects that this even got completed.
