(sorry for the long wait, I was without access to any means to reply through out December 2016.)
lol... ok, yeah even when I let my beard grow to its fullest length, I still keep my mustache cut short, as I dislike to get food caught in it, in that it grows downward instead of out toward the sides.
though yeah, I had given up bubble-gum a long time ago for mainly that reason.
hmm, though just how do I keep food out of my beard in daily practice, I guess that it is a learned skill, an effort to keep in mind just as to the lay of one's beard and that food can get caught in it while eating almost anything.
