This is Megavolt ten years post show, and life has NOT been kind. At 55 he has been seen as unfit to take care of himself and has been sent to the Home of Retired Convicts-- a place where elderly super-villains get sent to when they are too old for prison, or seen as mentally or physically unfit to live there. And after having his brain fried so many times over the years, well...

Let's just say he has even less of a grip on reality than he did before.
