"Sir, you left your vehicle in a 'No Parking' zone and your registration expired two months ago. I'm afraid I'll have to fine you 2 years for the parking, and downgrade your fitness level from 'fit' to 'chunky.' If you have a problem with it, take it up at the courthouse. Just to warn you, though, it's at least a six month wait to get a proper appointment."
6 months later 'Small claims court is now in session for the 1-25-2016 parking ticket of a Mr. Timothy Vick. Now, it says you received a 2 year fine and minor fitness downgrade.'
'Yes, that's right, and I wish to contest it!'
'Overruled, you were clearly in the wrong, and I'm increasing your fine to 20 years. Also, your fitness goes down directly to fat. Please don't waste any more of the court's time or I'll have to fine you more.'
'But!'
'40 years, Case dismissed'
And so Mr. Vick begins life as a fat, greying, 62 year old.
'Yes, that's right, and I wish to contest it!'

The way the hands are drawn make him look like he's missing thumbs, and the line that makes the top of the forearm could be shortened a little to better show off that he's bending his arm?
Also his feet are just long triangles!
But...
The more I look at this the more I like it. The badge logo is really cool and I'm really curious at what he's looking at!
