Hanami plays an important role in Quill's life, both spiritually and physically. It's the time of reflection and hope - when new possibilities are reflected in nature's beauty. It's also a celebration of the world's transitory nature, reflecting how precious life is. So, I'm overjoyed to finally have an image capturing that so beautifully and eloquently.

This is so pretty . I wish I could've gone to Japan like I wanted in college, the same goes for hanami. But sadly, twas not meant to be- that and my allergies would've probably been trying to kill me if I did the latter (lol XP). I'd probably have to settle for being on the inside looking out.
I was lucky and got to go when I was in high school... spent several weeks there, traveling. I missed hanami, but got to enjoy the major summer festivals. And I appreciate the allergies... went the crepe myrtles bloom here I'm like, "So <sniffle> beautiful <cough> even through <sniffle> my puffy eyes..."
