At the extreme of upper-class extravagance in the Age of Space, rich liner companies cater for their clientele by building space liners of unsurpassed size, luxury, and expense. To make a point of just how ludicrously rich one has to be to board a 'Super Space Liner', the ships themselves are designed after vessels of the Edwardian period, masts and funnels that show off the sheer grandeur that passengers experience, and more to the point, what your average private spaceship doesn't have.

One ship in particular falls into this category, the Empress Line's flagship, SSL Empress of Felicis, a super space liner that was expressly built to be able to make any passing spaceship look like a cheap caravan by comparison.
