So I was doodling a bit and chatting with 
Ritts the other day and when he tossed me a gift, prompting me to return the favor! When I asked him what character he wanted to see he asked for his police officer, Frank. Originally I was just sketching it, but eh, I felt good about it! I actually learned how to do a couple new techniques in Photoshop along the way. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it!
