So this is part detailed fur study (a husky, as requested!), and part gift for my mother in law.

Don't let the face fool you, she's a killer. Cool fact, she is actually the granddaughter of the white dog from the movie Eight Below!
I learned a whole lot from this! Painting from a photo is easy and fun, although once you get into high detail it is very tedious. Now I can take what I've learned here and apply it to future work where I don't have a photo reference.
