This is Wish!! ♥
A young panda boy born into the noble and enigmatic Dream Tribe, an ancient people tasked with protecting the Realm of Dreams from nightmares.
Wish is caring and thoughtful, yet young and immature. Easily annoyed and frustrated, he often rebels and speaks out when he can't understand something.
Wish hates his noble status and feels tethered to his responsibilities, often disobeying his elders and using his Dream Magic to have fun. Rambunctious and vain, Wish struggles to understand whether or not he serves a greater purpose in the world aside from the tribe he was born into, and searches for answers by any means necessary.

The Dream Tribe's bloodline spans back thousands of years. The tribe is old, wise, intelligent, and traditional, yet open to new experiences and methods of thought. They are a tribe of spells and doors, magic and study.
In this world, Litsureka, there exists three major planes of existence that reside parallel to one another in the fabric of space:
The Real World, the Spirit Plane, and the Realm of Dreams.
Residing deep within the oldest forests of Litsureka, the Dream Tribe is peacefully nuzzled away, always asleep yet always at strife.

Blood members of this tribe, including Wish, are able to directly harness the power of the Realm of Dreams using their auric energy (their light), effectively making their energy and that of the Realm one in the same.
By burning tessellating star patterns onto the air or ground with their light, they create a medium connecting the Realm of Dreams to the Real World.
Depending on what pattern they create, a different spell is cast. More complex spells require more stars as well as stars of varying sizes, culminating in a much larger glyph.
Virtually anything can be manifested with dream energy, so long as the spell is cast correctly.

When Wish falls asleep, his spirit enters the Realm of Dreams, where his powers are greatly enhanced.
Whatever happens when Wish is asleep, he completely remembers. He's also always aware of when he's asleep.
He can jump between dreams, cast much more powerful spells with ease, and even pass back through dimensions into the real world, so long as he stays near his physical body.
It's a very common sight to see Dream Tribe members' spiritual bodies having a conversation with someone who isn't asleep while they themselves nap nearby.
That doesn't mean Wish doesn't dream himself; he can choose to dream normally or take control of his spirit if he wants.

While within the Realm of Dreams, members of this tribe can sense a lack of balance or concentrations of malice, and travel from dream to dream tackling problems like knights on a chessboard.
When anyone on Litsureqa dreams, their dream takes place within the Realm and may be accessed so long as they're still asleep. The Realm grows and shrinks depending on how many are asleep at one time.
Wish and his friends can keep themselves hidden while in a dream, if they choose...
...but while dreaming with their spirit in the Real World, everyone can see them.

Keeping the Realm of Dreams in balance is the Dream Tribe's purpose.
If nightmares were to run rampant, or if the Realm were to begin overlapping with the other planes of existence, the entire world could fall into chaos.
Dream magic is old and powerful and should never be misused. Children in the Dream Tribe are strictly taught how to use their powers responsibly....advice Wish seldom follows.

Fun Facts!:
- Wish, along with other members of his tribe, naturally nap throughout the day, and sleep long nights.
He's only awake for a couple hours at a time, and finds it incredibly annoying.
- Wish is very very ticklish, especially his tummy and toes ♥
- Dream Tribe Clothing is always fluffy and warm, perfect for sleeping in at any given time.
Basically tribal pajamas!
- Wish has an earring shaped like the sun on his right ear.
- He is very feminine in mannerisms and speaking, much to his elder's dismay. Wish often crossdresses and wears makeup to explore his femininity, which always leads to scolding that he promptly ignores.
- When not around his tribe, especially his elders, his language is much more loose. He's very much an individual and will break from the group to do what he feels will work the best, generally out of pride.
- If Wish takes too much damage while in the Realm of Dreams, his spiritual body will return to his physical one, waking him up with a jolt. He won't be able to sleep for awhile if this happens, but can still use his magic.
- Flowers, animals and plants around the Dream Tribe are usually extremely fluffy and feathery, albeit still dangerous! One wrong move could get you tickled silly ♥

If you've been paying attention to my Tumblr, you'll notice that I've been drawing this cutie for quite some time!! Every effort I've made to draw him digitally I disliked too much to post....so at long last, here he finallly is!! ♥ ♥ ♥
