I did a muscle practice on Akuma. I pulled off the tired and weak look pretty well I believe. I'm rather proud of myself.
Any helpful critique would be amazing on this.

*gg* seat muscle fluff... *snuffles*
at first I got irritated by her pose, but she seems to be propped up against a wall? try add some shadows emerging from the palms along an imaginary wall, this helps a lot with the suspension of disbelief. maybe you can have someone lean against a glossy wall, fridge, or door frame filling. those shadows are easy to make. :)
to me her tail root looks a bit thick, but if you aim to a more dragon/lizard appearance it's fine. I also like the chubby looks, and the tummy. and that you know very well where the breasts would sag... don't laugh, but I have seen art by female artists who weren't aware of what their own body does... XD
