And because I can't just draw how-to dragons, I also whipped out a little sketch of a kangaroo. Since this was done without much preparation or much obsessively re-checking references except for one picture showing how kangaroo legs look, the result was ... well, I won't say good. But I think the line is a bit more alive than usual for this sort of thing, and it took a lot less time and effort to draw. There's a lesson here. It's probably one about ``don't work this stuff into oblivion''.
