Not so many, if you follow all the story starting from old friends they had 1 sec intercurse but not significative words. In this case Diego should had said a word but Trevor stop it.
I imagined an "hypotetical" discussion between them i have just reported in italian because i was pretty "curious" what italians think about " if he has spoken" game. You can see or try to read it. I used Grey's anatomy as source for dialog

se sei maggiorenne vai su "My FA" -> "Account Management" -> "Account Settings". Una volta lì scorri in basso finchè non trovi "Content Maturity Filter". Settalo su "General, Mature, Adult". Se già ci sta ma non puoi ancora vedere i contenuti maturi e adulti vuol dire che:
a) o hai settato male la data di nascita, e quindi risulti minorenne;
b) potresti aver settato lo Switch per nascondere tutti i contenuti maturi (SFW = Safe for Work, in altro a destra, se è verde vuol dire che lo hai attivato)
c) qualcosa non va, in questo caso devi contattare il support
