Summer coat and winter coat is a great idea that I really like. It reminds me of some of my older lupine characters from a long while back.
Oh, and Deerling. Cuz Deerling is adorable.
Both hairstyles have some really nice points to them. The top one matches the basic scheme, but the bottom one stands out a bit more as hair.
She could easily be either all year round.

Derping ARE adorable. And rabbits totally get winter coats so it works out. I might do that. If I keep both as alternatives that'd give an explanation to it canonically. And my suit would just be the winter coat since it has the bottom style tuft. Well really the stripe looks like an owl wing so it's awesome and that's why I wanna keep it on the suit XD
