Some progress so far on my Hone fursuit I started this year .A. his face is a tad floofy until I can finish putting on the fur then I'll shave him down a tad but yiss this is why I haven't been drawing much ;v;/

I made a jawset for his head buuuut since he's made completely out of foam and fur the jaw didn't move quite right. Guess I'll be saving the teeth for a different head style later on when I can get my hands on a resin cast base.

Pff but anywho, I'm actually surprised at how decent he's turning out considering this is my first time doing a suit (or anything like it). I wasn't expecting to get things done so quickly. So far his body is finished except for a couple markings left to put on, then the tail, hands, and feet are all that's left~
i gotta admit I'm having a lot of fun


It's kind of weird but going to a con as Hone is something that's been at the top of my bucket list but there's no way I could afford to commission someone to make him for me (but my god I hope to someday!) since all my commission money goes towards bills. So far it's looking like I'll be able to go to Midwest Furfest this year if I can save up the vacation days in my new job ;v; I have someone already willing to share a hotel room but I also wanted to go to Rainfurrest in Seattle since I live a couple hours away but my problem would be the hotel room //bricked. I just don't have the money to do it on my own or friends to split with :'D I'm hoping to find someone to bunk with if possible but we'll see~
