my 2 day search for pokesona material ended in me ditching the list of birb for various reasons and going back to buizel which tbh is extremely me anyways SOOOOOOO

anyways this nerd lives in a park and is called frosty by the people who see him for a few reasons
- he can use blizzard so he did belong to someone at some point in time
- now he's a feral that shows off and is cute for food and attention
- sticks out from any others in the area because he's a shiny AND is so pale
- he's pretty small n scruffy and kinda stumpy n pudge
- he CAN use growl but just chooses not to, he's pretty much silent
- his ice affinity carries on with his love of cold weather
- PLUS its likely his teal coloured bits come from a bit of glaceon lineage
- LOVES being able to pull the tailcopter trick ohyes
