This is really adorable, Ari. I like the angle that, to me, appears like the camera is on the ceiling and angled down towards Fall as she find comfort in front of her window to the world outside.
The coloring also reminds me a lot of how she may feel while at the orphanage. It's dark, but you can feel a sense of relief despite the situation she is in. Kind of like finding happiness where otherwise there would be darkness.

That's a wonderfully artistic description. It certainly set a "Tone" / "Feeling" for what it would be like to see "Fallen Angel" if it were to ever be animated. It'd be quite exciting to see how the colors used in such specific ways could better give the audience a perspective on what is going on. :)
That depends on whether you may find some fans of your work after you and Duskie get a chance to introduce your characters. If someone is excited enough about an idea, they'll more than happily work on something about it. :)
I know, if I weren't bogged down with everything under the sun, I'd be very actively doing work on "Fallen Angel". You've more than sold me on how awesome the series is. Your belief in your characters coupled with world building is very inspirational. :)
