But one Dragon King watched, and waited, because he wanted his creations to be special, different from any other. He commanded storms and lightning, was both gentle and fierce. He danced in dark tempests, lighting them with his crackling feathers, and he was known as Feathered-Serpent.

Feathered-Serpent is the Dragon King of the droemar, maniraptors and such (among other things.) I wanted to strike a balance between something that reflected his name and still keep him "raptor". He ended up looking the most draconic of the gods, even moreso than Sol. His concept piece turned out kind of crappy, so I didn't post it with the others, mostly because pen and ink can't get the dazzle and glow I knew would be necessary to make the piece pop.
