I know it's a little late, but I tried to think of a fitting tribute. Never really got into Harry Potter (what kind of nerd am I?), and having poor Hans falling off a skyscrapper doesn't sound appropriate (best villian death scene ever, btw).

...Then I remembered about this little guy.

From what I read, part of what made that surprised fall so great was that it was genuine - the director had him dropped before he was expecting it.

Also RIP Mic Gillette (1951-2016), trombonist for Tower of Power and frequent guest in a big band I used to play in.

then a few days ago we lost Sam Haggerty aka Grizzly Adams at 74

that is Alan's real scared face btw in that scene
Apparently the Stunt coordinator released Alan too soon & got that scared face on him
