SO, THIS IS OBSCURE. BUT HEAR ME OUT.
There's this one dub of the Korean cartoon "Yoohoo and Friends", in which they got David Feiss (of Cow and Chicken fame) to ENTIRELY rework the show with an entirely different plot and add new characters. It was practically a gag dub, it's very silly.

EITHER WAY, Lemmee, the grumpiest, most sarcastic one, is my favorite. And drawing TF is fun, so I had to draw my ugly businessman boyfriend turning into my lemur boyfriend. SO HERE WE ARE.

ITS SUCH A GREAT PREMISE. all the eps used to be on youtube actually, but I didnt get to watch all of them, and they were taken down recently.... I've been on a quest to find them again, but no luck ):

Well the original cartoon was more of a show like original generation MLP so this series wasn't so much a dub so much as a completely seperate adaptation continity.
I honestly wonder why the Koreans thought having David Fiess as as head writer wasn't going to result in something weird.
Then again, tf is more main stream in the east.

haha yeah. And you know me, I'm someone who watches all manner of saccharine baby shows with no complaints, but Yoohoo and Friends is just so boring without the goofy stuff! Making the characters all sassy a**holes may not have made a super good show, as you stated, wasnt great, but it sure made it a lot more fun to watch!!
