Professor 'Neapolitan' Nelson, and his tail Pistachio are often at odds on Halloween. His tail, Pistachio would far rather go out trick-or-treating, while he'd rather be inside studying ancient tomes. It seems his tail won out this time, though much to the professor's chagrin. You can tell this because the amount of grump in his expression could power a steam engine.
