It looks sooooo gooodd!!!! Mine will not be having a movable jaw for the fact that it seemed too much of a hassle. How'd it work out for you? Was it fairly easy to make work?

Yeah, it was really simple actually. Just attached elastic straps at one fixed point inside the top of the head, strung them down to where my jaw sits, measured and pinned and experimented with where they have the best amount of tension, then sewed the pieces together, later gluing it to the head's jaw (with E6000 glue- REALLY strong epoxy stuff). The actual hinge was made with Evergreen Scale Models (but any tube would work) styrene tubes, by sliding one inside the other, with the larger one fixed to the main part of the head, and the smaller fixed to the jaw, but freely allowed to swivel in the larger tube. I really should draw a diagram of all that...
