Days now have passed after Keran's rampage through Stony Plain, and the town has only just started to catch its breath. But as the town regains its strength, Keran's position with the Pokemon living there becomes less and less secure. What will the town do in return? And more importantly, what will Keran do with his new found size and abilities?

Chapter 7 is here, after a few delays in which I tried to figure out how exactly it would go. I was going to jump right to what will now be Chapter 8, but I realized that after what happened last time, going right into that storyline would be a little too jarring. So this chapter came about instead, sort of a way to connect the two storylines before I finally dive into the next one. It's another rather light-hearted chapter, and I hope everyone enjoys it ^^

I thought the chapter was quite entertaining and laid back compared to the last chapter. Keran got off really easy considering everything - it's good to see him trying to do better, and even finding a way to keep those urges in check so it doesn't happen again in the future.
And of course, it's fun to see Lorne becoming a "connoisseur" of pastries :P Better be careful though, treats like that aren't exactly known for being healthy.

I'm glad you liked it! Keran's still got a ways to go before he'll be trusted by the town again, but I think he's made a lot of progress in this chapter already. It was really fun writing it, and writing Keran's entire arc up to this point. But he has been kind of hogging the spotlight, heh. The next few chapters will let a few of the other characters have their moments for a change x3

This is quite an interesting twist, though I am interested to see how Lorne will manage his new role as Viera's right-hand man. How will he balance it with his role as a taste-tester? D:
Keran looks like he's in for some interesting character development too, I hope he manages to get the town back on his side, he seems to be on the right track thanks to Deirdre's advice. :3
