Basic idea is, its an ipad wallpaper, scaled specifically for an ipad mini V1. However this one is weird/unique (sorta) cus the borders here are set in such a way, that the dominant color changes depending on the orientation of the screen. So if you hold ipad length-ways, its red, but if you turn the iPad around it switches to cyan.
