So... more pencils or learn the art of mixing?
...can you even mix pencils? (I am REALLY bad at drawing and all things visually artistic)
Personally, I don't like his side-ways fighting style (I fight more square-on). And unless he's deflecting a blow to his chest, his balance is a bit off.

Well, my style doesn't make much room for mixing. And true, I can't mix pencils, never tried much at least. But yes, there is always much to learn.
I'm no sword fight expert and every pose I do comes straight out of my head. I have no one to pose for me and even if I had, I would prefer imagining the pose myself anyway. I can learn more that way.
