Yes, that's my penguin, Brett. :)

That aura is actually frost on her fur and around her hands, and the rose she holds is made out of ice.

Brandy's powers are more or less mastery over cold. She is clumsy at first, but over time learns how to refine it, making very detailed things out of ice.
