Well, this is Oreo The Orca for Oreo-The-Orca12 (currently Ocean-Sky-12) on DeviantArt.
Tried a new way of drawing waves and splashes which is a bit faster for me. I wanted to do this in black&white coloration, but then I decided to leave it in this scheme.
And hope I copied all the freckles well, as Oreo has so much of them!
