Well firstly my apologies fer not bein' more culinarily active... Winter's m'worst season an m'usually too busy/sick/tired and/or sore ta really cook much more than the quick-fix nuke-ables... m'sure y'all know how that is...
But I'd done this hefty, hearty meal up fer dinner when I finally felt back up ta tacklin' werewolf-proportioned dinners... I nice big ol' ribeye steak with a copious salad on the side!
ingredients:
1 ribeye steak
saut'teed mushrooms:
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
2 tbs of butter
1 beef boillion cube
A-1 steak sauce
take the butter, beef cube, a few shakes of A-1 sauce an the strained contents of can of mushrooms an place ta simmer in small sauce pot.
Grill ribeye steak ta yer preferences. This was done on high pre-grill fer 5 mins on each side then flipped 'bout every 2 mins after that after turnin' on the burner ta let it heat cook the rest'a the way
salad fixin's:
this salad is a blend of:
salad lettuce (spring mix)
1 carton sliced mushrooms
4 stalks green onions
2 white onions
4 stalks celery
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
4 slices of salami sliced up
4 slices of deli ham sliced up
pawfuls of fiesta blend cheese
a few shakes of red wine vinegar & Mrs. Dash seasonings then tossed
(topped with ranch salad dressin' when served as shown in pic)
Trust me this 'simple' steak an salad'll fill even the heartiest'a appetites so if ya ever wanna give it a try hope ya love it as much as I do *rubs m'full belly* :9~~~~~
