This one is finished since christmas but was send on the way today.

I got an old and heavily deformed DVC blank that was once a Fursuit Head from Roshy and he ask me if I could fix and refur it.

Well it was not easy, you can see the before here

What i've done?

-Get rid of the deformation, the poor base was an egghead and warped everywhere. The eyes, no matter how I put them in had a derpy look. It took some time but I got rid of that too. The only thing I could do nothing against is the little gap in the front of the muzzle.

-Removed the old apoxy lips and replace them with new ones

-made some hinges, reinforce the part where the hinges are attached with worbla and replaced a missing piece of the lower jaw with worbla too

-The old eyes were still useable but we decided to use mine, so I made some follow me eyes, cut out the back of the base eyes and put mine in

-painted and seal the old resin nose to give it a clean and shiny look

-ordered and painted a DVC jawset + fitting tongue

-The first time I use my new airbruh equipment. Never tried this before but I really love the result, especially the mohawk and the ears

Well I would love to do this again some day. This was really fun.
