Yeah, I've been in that level of cold over the years...that's why I moved FAR FAR away from where it happens regularly. *LOL!*
Though, with the cutey dragon thing, it may not be SO bad after all. ;)

I guess acting like something might end up leading to more then just acting~ Well! He certainly won't have to worry about cold anymore being able to make his own heat internally!
