Give up? Then you quit too easily.
It was Duke Nuke'Em, though, just in case there are actually those of you out there young enough to not know what that is. I'm looking at you, freaky-young second graders. O.O
Interesting side-note: I had just learned cursive. Also, the main character vaguely resembles the Green Lantern of my child-hood, Kyle. He would resemble him more than vaguely, but that third panel is the best face I could manage to directly rip-off from one of the comic book panels. And back then I was darn proud of that face, too... Also also, apparently the year 2014 is going to SUCK...

Of course I remember Duke Nuke'Em! I used to watch my father play that videogame all the time. And then my mother would yell at him for that because she thought it was too violent for me to watch. :/
I love his hair in the third panel. Seriously... I keep on scrolling up to look at it.

And thus my problems with hair design and detail begin...
When they end I'll tell you. ;)
I never played the game, actually. I was too scared. I mean, I wasn't frightened or anything, I just couldn't stand having things jump out at me. My dad played it all the time though. I believe my love of Army of Darkness came from the long string of ripped-off profanities that would echo throughout our house on many a cold Florida winter's day.
