Okay, this one has a couple stories attached. While the Lights and I were visiting with Sara Palmer after FF this year we had some fun exchanging sketches. This is the one that Michele and I did. I guess you can tell which one she sketched and which one I did:) I tried to do a more toony style for my husky and took it home to paint. When I attempted to do so I discovered that the paper we got from Sara is not too easy to work on. It refused to take the acrylic easily and it was near impossible to erase the pencil lines. But I am nothing if not stubborn!

I got it partly painted before MFF and then put it aside in frustration. I dug it out again, determined to finish it up. That explains why Michele's signature says 2008 and mine says 2009. It's a time warp!

Interesting meld of our two very different styles. I must try this again with a more amenable paper! I certainly thoroughly enjoyed painting over Michele's sketch!
