This was a Dallas Brawl Zap Response to a drawing that was done by 
angelbear_oh that had introduced his character, The Shining One, to the Brawl. As can be seen in the six-panel reply, Mega-Weasel and Germania have introduced themselves to Shining One, before the pair tells him that they also just happen to be his new trainers, thanks to the superhero union's rules. Gee, seems like everybody has a union, doesn't it?
