i wanted to show off his neck and tail and figured it would be a good time to explain some of his powers.

his 'scars' make and form clouds but he can also pull then into his body to use as a concentrated power (as well as pull in moisture from around him), he can use it to make ex-stream storms or from the clouds make ice/water weapons (must stronger versions when make this way)

after the fight though thisll incapacitate him for days maybe even weeks, he wonders if this attack draws from his soul coz when he uses it he can feel his body get light almost like hes ganna black out just at that moment he can move and function above normal
