I decided to create a comic book cover to show some of the media being created after the captain won the Cold War in 1962. In this issue, illustrators commissioned by the government tell the tale of the fearless hero fighting for freedom, justice and the 'Merican way! The Captain himself has effectively become a propaganda figure used to promote U.S Army recruitment and patriotism during this time even though he himself is living in retirement in the relative comfort of the Washington D.C suburbs.
