The symbol of patience.
The symbol of healing energy.
Teach me meditation.
Teach me to still my mind.
Mantis, help me find inner peace.
Help me be clam and quiet in times of chaos,
So that I can make better decisions.
There is greater mental, emotional, and spiritual power through patience.
